"Art has been a part of my life since childhood. I loved watching my Dad draw figures and I studied nature to teach myself to paint in my style of realism with a softened impressionistic feel.  I draw inspiration from the old masters as well as contemporary  artists to grow and develop my body of work. Art  enriches my days and gives me the opportunity to express in my own way much joy, beauty of life and appreciation for God's blessings.  Whether in my studio in Mountain City Tennessee or en plein air  in the  beautiful Appalachian mountains and beyond, I always create "Paintings from the Heart ."   ~Temple

2025/26...

I am so excited , very grateful  and count it a blessing to be featured in Charleston Style & Design  Magazine with a feature story in the Summer 2025 Edition and ads and features in the Spring Art Edition, Fall and Winter Editions,
to have a Cover and Feature in Voice Magazine for Women and  Tapestry Journal ,
and to be featured in "The Story Behind the Painting" in the Fall AAPL Grapevine Newsletter and 'The Artist in their Own Words' debut video for AAPL.
I've participated in shows and a plein air event in 2025/26 and was able to present a special award and much more.
Being represented by Alexandre Fleuren's Designafi in Charleston SC and being the March  2026 featured artist is surreal.
I appreciate everyone who supports and follows my art journey.
