" Welcome in for a glimpse of the place where I create paintings, study, read, pray, get inspired, entertain grandkids, plan and organize projects for children in Sunshine and Smiles, work on community projects and grow as an artist and person. It is named after my house number but "411" also represents progress, growth and success that can all be achieved through hard work. The studio is set in the woods with enough inspiration to last a lifetime. You may see a wild animal on any given day. The lush ferns, old stumps and years old fallen trees are beautiful to this artist. The woods invite walks in nature and the beauty in our mountain home of East Tennessee continues to fill my soul with endless artistic possibilities. I often begin many paintings en plein air and finish them here in my studio. I am so happy to get to spend a good part of my day creating art here and every day, wherever I may be, I'm an artist at heart enjoying God's beauty. I love learning from, enjoying and promoting other artists' work in my studio. Other artists inspire me! I hope you have a place to create art, enjoy and grow. Whether it's a studio, extra room, little corner or even a storage cabinet, having an inspirational, organized area dedicated to your art makes such a difference. Thank you for taking the time to 'visit my studio'. "~Temple
