If you have a cabin in the mountains or even better, an old farmhouse, you will get to watch the magic of long woody stems turning into a bright golden wonder. Forsythia blooms only last a short time but their breath of spring sure warms our hearts. East TN and Southern States get to enjoy the beauty of these bright yellow beauties. This was started in Plein Air and finished in my studio from memory. It is 14 x 11 in oils, framed by Johnson County Center for the Arts Frame Shop and is available exclusively at Johnson County Center for the Arts at a special price for Art Center Patrons. Only one is available.
I was featured in a Duo Exhibition with John P Jackson at Johnson County Center for the Arts in June 2025 and will be sending work to Alexandre Fleuren Interiors in Charleston for the new showroom soon.
